Meet Common Grounds Member Leanne Blaney who loves to show women that they can live an adventurous life.

Adventure Awaits!

I love the idea of doing exciting adventures and completing different challenges.  This keeps me motivated, happy and excited about life.  It also keeps me living in the present, enjoying what is happening now.

However, it wasn’t always this way.

I went through life following the path I thought I had to take – university, career, marriage, had a child……but I always felt something was missing.  Just before I turned 40, I started asking questions about life; is this all there is; what else is out there; why am I not happy?  I was worrying about the future constantly and not knowing who the real me was.

I started an exercise and diet program that included addressing my mindset. Suddenly at 40 I’m standing on top of a mountain thinking yes, I’ve discovered what’s missing.  What was missing was adventure, variety, fun and living in the present.  I unearthed who I was as a person.

Discovering how to start living life instead of going through the motions and living ground hog day over and over was mind blowing.  I addressed what was holding me back with my mindset and found that I was now waking up excited for the day, I was continually looking forward to my next adventure.

From this I decided to turn it into a business where I am now a Certified Bucket List Coach and a Neuro Change practitioner.  Using the power of the mind to full advantage to change bad behaviours and habits and showing others how to live a bucket list life now instead of one day, someday, when you retire or when something traumatic happens.  I love showing people that they can live an adventurous life (whatever that means to them).

I offer an effective solution that goes right to the core of the problem and creates lasting change at a neuro-scientific level. I guide you to use the formidable power of your mind to replace negative habits with constructive actions and align your thinking to such a degree that goal-achieving becomes as natural as breathing.

As business owners or career driven people, we all have the desire, the drive to fulfill our goals, yet studies show only less than 1% of the total population will ultimately accomplish their objectives. The issue is that we all harbor limiting beliefs that over time have led to unhelpful habits and behaviours that are actually in conflict with what we really want in our lives.  Addressing this can have immediate impacts on how you are leading your life.
