Meet Amanda from Biofield Being.

Hi, I’m Amanda, founder and creator at Biofield Being. We assist, educate and empower clients to overcome stress, change life patterns and behaviours to find their inner balance. 

Living in a family that embraced the wellness industry starting in the mid 1970s (my father was a spiritual healer and meditation guide, my mother ran the family health food store) I have always been in tune with healthy living. 

At Biofield Being, our focus is to demystify sound therapy and make it accessible to everyone who is curious or super enthusiastic and yes even the skeptical. I believe in offering education, resources and diving into conversations that are full of interesting topics to open communication and people’s minds and hearts. 

We offer Tuning Fork Therapy (sound therapy) sessions in person and distantly, resources through audio downloads, blog posts, podcast, YouTube tutorials, workshops and practitioner training through our SonoKi College.

“I have been having tuning sessions with Amanda either face to face and via Zoom since last year and it’s been literally life changing for me. I was very busy moving interstate recently though and in a place of personal upheaval when I saw the audio sessions available on the Biofield Being website.

Is there any science to explain Andy’s life changing experience? 

Stress is a common experience that can impact our mental and physical wellbeing in various ways. One significant but often overlooked consequence of stress is the manifestation of physical pain in the body. When stress levels become heightened, the body’s natural response triggers a series of physiological changes that can lead to discomfort and pain. 

Tuning fork therapy can help activate the parasympathetic nervous system (PNS), which is responsible for the “rest and digest” state. The gentle vibrations of the tuning forks can stimulate specific nerve endings and help shift the body from a state of stress to one of relaxation.
