Meet Lia Skye

Hello beautiful women,

I’m Lia Skye, an Ayurvedic Nutritionist and Yoga & Meditation teacher specialising in women’s mental & physical wellness.  Beyond the physical aspect of movement and nutrition, I also emphasize the importance of self-care, self-acceptance, and self-love.

I’m also a passionate advocate for women’s empowerment and am the lead facilitator and trainer at Earth Goddess Collective, Temple of the Sacred Feminine.  A community dedicated to providing support, inspiration, motivation and connection to women who want to stop living each day aimlessly and start living a life of conscious intention.

In my work, I guide women on a journey of self-discovery, helping them tap into their inner knowing so they can realise their own path and support them as they begin their journey upon it.

If you work with women and are looking to add to your skillset, my Women’s Circle Facilitator Training is for women of all industries and walks of life who are being called to create connection within their community.  For those who want to ignite their inner spark so their radiance shines bright, allowing them to light others with their glow.

As well as my trainings and one-on-one consultations I also organise Women’s Wellness Retreats and Circles, a space for women to come together in a safe relaxing environment to rest and restore.  You can view all my upcoming retreats, workshops and make an appointment on my website Living Ahimsa

I am passionate about supporting women as they reconnect with their bodies, the cycles of nature and their innate wisdom so they can heal themselves, body, mind and soul and would love to help you.

If you would like to join me at my upcoming Women’s Circle Training or Ayurvedic Lifestyle Program use the code “commongrounds” for a 10% discount off the full price.

I look forward to supporting you on your journey to creating a life you love!
