Hi there, I’m Sandra
My ultimate goal is to empower entrepreneurs to be bold, confident and courageous on their business journey.
I started InSync Business Connections 18 months ago with a vision of helping small business owners connect so they could build mutually beneficial business relationships and create win / win situations.
As we all know, things don’t always go to plan. What I had envisioned in my head, didn’t actually work too well in the real world. It wasn’t a total loss though, I had built a network, made some great friends, figured out what worked and what didn’t and more importantly, I found that one thing or maybe two things that I am absolutely passionate about. And that is, helping small business owners stay focused on activities that generate income and getting their business in front of new eyes so they can get more clients.
As small business owners, we’re all busy doing one hundred things and sometimes the things that actually bring in the money, gets put in the too hard basket or the “I’ll do it later” basket.
It’s time to throw away the “I’ll do it later” basket and focus on building a successful and sustainable business that supports your lifestyle.
So, what do we actually do at InSync?
The Doers Circle is an accountability / brainstorming group that meets once a week so we can set our intentions (income producing activities), share our wins (so important when you’re a solopreneur), brainstorm ideas and hold each other accountable. The first session of The Doers Circle is free, so you can experience it for yourself and then decide if it’s something you’d like to be part of.
The Resource Room is an online digital resource library where small business owners can showcase their digital offers… freebies, courses, checklists, podcasts, workshops, etc. My aim with The Resource Room is to provide a space where entrepreneurs can get the knowledge they need to create their dream business, all in one place
We also do online networking, so small business owners from all over Australia can come together to connect and collaborate. Plus, we have Action Hour, which are virtual co-working sessions, so you can come along and focus on those things you’ve been putting off and finally get them done.
The one thing I’ve learnt over the past 18 months is that business is all about building relationships.
You can’t do it all, by yourself.
I’m all about bringing people together, because as the saying goes, together we achieve more.
